Jill Marigliani
Partner
Jill is a native Floridian who brings over a decade of recruiting and leadership experience to M2 Search Partners. Jill graduated from Flagler College with a BA in Business. She worked in marketing and wealth management prior to finding her passion – recruiting. Since 2004 she has been working within professional services recruiting for direct hire, temporary and consulting roles.
Josh Moore
Partner
Josh is a Georgia native and a graduate of Columbus State University with a BA in Business. After finishing college, he spent several years working in operations management and business analysis. In 2004, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida and made the decision to transition his career from analytical work to a more personally fulfilling role of assisting people in finding meaningful and rewarding work. Since 2007, he has worked within professional services recruiting.
